I been trying to download Microsoft outlook to my computer and it won't download and I have windows vista

Maybe I have mess up I install Microsoft 2007 and I think outlokk it on that but then I install the connector off line and it won't let me send or receive messages

Outlook is part of office, install from office disk and choose Custom install and just choose outlook
