    Vitamins for skin.
I know that vitamin c helps your skin recover faster when lightening, but what other vitamins do you recommend? I know that vitamin e is good if applied on the skin but it is recommended for irritated skin?

If your looking to heal irritated skin you should try aloe vera. You can get it in any drug store. It contains vitamins A and E

I take the NOW products from Amazon. It also has rose hip in it which brightens the skin. Do this 3 times a day.

topace... cocoa butter and vitamin e as a combo for skin lightening is a DISASTER..

Cocoa is an ingredient invovled with melanin production and vitamin e I have used directly on skin... extrenally it isn't useful... internally it certianly would as it is an antioxidant and antioxidants are always good to prevent free radicals.. even those which augment melanin production . Even vitamin c is good internally to lighten but externally I know a lot of people who feel they have darkened as a result of using it

Vitamins A,B,C,E, & K (Topical Only) will help improve your skin.

Vitamin A reduces facial lines and wrinkles& its good for controlling acne.

Vitamin B (Biotin, Niacin) gives the skin a healthy glow while hydrating cells, and increasing overall tone.

Vitamin C reduces the damage caused by sunlight.

Vitamin E reduces the harmful effects of the sun on the skin.

Vitamin K (Topical) reduces under eye circles.

** When its used with vitamin A in a cream or serum, vitamin K can be even more effective for dark circles.

    Hope This Helped! :)

Evening primrose oil is good for the skin too... it has good amount of vitamin E and A and also GLA that makes your skin clear and supple although it won't lighten it in anyway... But one thing I should mention too... EPO for some weird reason has some effect on the boobs too... it tends to make them tender and fuller... lol... Both my sis and I had this weird side effect from it...
