Can lack of nutrients/vitamins actually make your skin darker?
I used to be fair when I was younger, but as I got older I got darker. I know there are other factors that affect your skin color like the environment, sun etc. But is there a possibility that you can get dark spots and patches or an overall darker complexion due to lack of certain nutrients?

    Thanks!

I highly doubt it. But lack of nutrients can lead to dull, tired skin.

Sun plays a huge part in making your skin darker, either in patches or dark spots.

Yes, definitely a lack of certain essential nutrients causes darker skin tone. I am currently writing a book on this subject and would sell it as an ebook on the internet soon. Keep in touch and I will let you know when the book is available to purchase. My email address is [email protected]. Regards

    Peter.

I have a very pale skin colour that is very annoying to me. Can anyone suggest any methods to darken my skin colour, other than getting a sun tan because I don't tend to go brown when I'm out in the sun?
