    Frozen Assets
My credit card company has frozen my assets (Checking and Savings Accounts). I have contacted them and let them know that I am willing to work with them, but will not be able to pay my rent if they take all of my assets. There is a court date on May 5 to determine judgment. Is there any way I can stop the credit card company from seizing all of my assets if I offer some of my assets and a monthly payment plan?

You should definitely contact your credit card company first and foremost to ask them what options you have. Try to negotiate with them.

Some companies have an asset account called "Renovations". If renovations should be considered an asset, then shouldn't repairs of capital assets be as well? I'm asking this because my textbook puts repairs immediately in the expense account.
