Frozen or seized assets in Joint ownership
If an asset is in 2 names can a Court judgment against only one of the owners allow the asset to be frozen or taken?
    Thank you

Go back to the court and File a Third Party Claim for funds that are yours.. You must be able to prove what part of the funds are yours. check stubs, and things like that. By filing now the funds will not be removed until after your hearing on your claim.
