    Kenmore Washing Machine
    The lid switch on my kenmore washing machine is just hanging... the connections are completely broken off.. hence, my machine is no longer working.
    My question is, how do I get to the switch to replace it? I have stood upside down and cannot figure out how to access it.
    Please help, laundry is piling up!::

    REGGIE504 - TAKE a strong putty knife and or a common screw driver and push it in the oppening between the washer top and the side panels on the front corners about 2" I n from the, FRONT CORNERS AND RAISE THE TOP UP :: TO replace the switch- YOU Will have to remove the two screws that MOUNTS IT TO THE FRONT PANEL,THEN {PUSHSWITCH OUT Through THE MOUNTING HOLE {ON SOME MODLES YOU MAY HAVE TO DEPRESS)SPRING CLIPS MAY BE <THE ::
    TAKE THE OLD ONE WITH YOU WHEN YOU GO TO MATCH : NOTE -GET A SHARP PENCIL AND MARK AROUND THE OLD SWITCH <BEFGORE REMOVEING THE SWITCH> SO TO GET IT BACK RIGHT:: HAVE A GREAT DAY AND GOD BLESS ::F.B.E.
