    Replacing sterling shower diverter
    I am replacing a sterling shower diverter with the replacement part price pfister. The spout does not completely shut off when the shower is in use?

    Check your stem part number against Price Pfisters stem number. Are they the same? Let me know. Tom

    You cannot mix brands. If you have Sterling faucet, use Sterling parts.

    thanks I thought tah you could replace with price pfister. Now all I have to do is find the sterling part.
