    Property damage
    I got in a car accident about 4 months ago.It was the other drivers fault.He did not have insurance at the time of the accident.Is there a time limit in when I can sue and how do I go about doing that.

    You sue him in Small Claims Court - there is no advantage to waiting.

    Judy is right but tell us more. Was a ticket issued and where was the accident located, what state.
