    No, if your wife was injured, that would be assult on her

    Her dress, her jewry is all personal property, so any damage to that would be.

    Is a wife considered personal property in the state of Minnesota? Do you mean is she considered chattel? No. The wife is a person and a not a piece of property.

    The whole story would be nice here.
