    Probation violation
OK so I'm seventeen and got put on probation for some dumb stuff that me and my friends got into a while ago, it wasn't drug related ( just wrong place wrong time senario)

But while on probation I got pulled over and arrested for my friend having pot on him and now I'm going to court for it

My probation was supposed to be over about a month ago but I hadn't finished my community service and got an extension to march

I'm not scared cause I know I did wrong and should've been smarter but what could they do about it

    Juvie time?

    Longer probation with more hours?

    What?

No, Excon was just being cute with you. He meant that your punishment could be one of the ones that you cited in your post. I wish it was that easy that you could do the picking - but it's up to the Judge to do the picking.

Well first I will assume and hope as soon as you were arrested you notified your probation officer, since not telling them is another violation and one they take a lot more seroius.

Of course one option not listed was serving some jail time, and it is possible if the judge wants to teach you a lesson, some "shock" treatment

But yes, some jail time, more probation, a fine are all possible depends on the judge and your PO.

    I already talked to them

Since technically my probation was over their not going to be enforcing any sort of further sentencing

I just have to do like six weekends of road crew before my eighteenth

And as for letting my PO know I was in a different county and I got assigned a new one that already contacted my other one

And their all cool with the situation
