    visatation of niece
    How can I get visatation of my niece I'm the one that has helped raise her from the time she was born but her mom is now mad and left and wonte let me see her

    Sorry, but you have no legal rights here. Your best bet is to reconcile with the mother.

    In the legal sense there isn't really any laws to help you out that Im aware of. It's a tough road but your only hope is that mommy somehow sees the benefit you have brought into the child's life and lets you see them. There are no aunt / uncle laws to fall back on.
