Sorry, but you have no legal rights here. Your best bet is to reconcile with the mother.

In the legal sense there isn't really any laws to help you out that Im aware of. It's a tough road but your only hope is that mommy somehow sees the benefit you have brought into the child's life and lets you see them. There are no aunt / uncle laws to fall back on.
