    Depends on where you live. Mostly minimal if there is no compelling reason for a court to grant them.

    Grandparent rights have been increasing in recent years, but are governed by local law, so where you live will determine what you have.

    Even where GP rights exists, they are limited. So for us to really help you, we need to know your situation.
