    Immigration divorce
Hi can anyone give me any advice. I am british. I met my husband three years ago. We got married 2005 and I had a baby.Shortly after marriying my husband I got a solictor to arrange tha I would be his sponsor to remain in this country. My husband is a overstayer. He has three chrildren injamacia and has been working illegally. I believe that my husband married me to try and get his stay in england. My husband beat me on the 23rd June 2006 he has been charged and will appear in court in August 2006.

He Has pleded not guilty self defence what a joke. He was given bail with conditions not to contact me .Which he has breeched. Due to his ill health he told the court that he had a heart attack which is a lie. He does have a irreguar heart beat which he recently found out.

In August 2006 if he continues to plea not guilty then the case will go to the crown court with jury.

I am in the process of trying to get a divorce based on his unreasonable behaviour I am worried that he will not sign the divorce. Secondly what is his right to see his baby. what do you think will be the outcome of the case. I am just so scared of him. He has a top solictor working for him and I have the crown prosecution service working on my behalf.I think he will get away this as he is good liar. I have wrote to the immigration who have told me they will investigate if he married me for conveince this is only when they would get involved. My husband has told me that he can always buy a false visa and go to America or bu why a new identity He does not need me to sposor me. Please help me if anyone knows about imigtration law.I am single mother of two.

Stop being scared and do whatever it takes to get this bum out of your life. If he breeches a court order call the police, if his activities are illegal report him. What do you care where he goes or what he does? As long as he leaves you alone. The court will settle this so stop being scared and intimidated.
