    How can I report an immigrant who does not live in US
    I would like to report an immigrant who does not live in this country, but she comes and visits every six months and use the benefit that all other tax payer do.

    Isn't that a law that an immigrant must live in this country and pay taxes?

    If she / he is just visiting then there really isn't anything to report. If they get a green card or a pass into this country then we ( the U.S. ) are obligated to take care of them. Are there services you know that they are receiving that is illegal or are you just suspect ?
