    I can't pull up a cutaway of your mixing valve but it has a Thermostatic cartridge that maintains a selected temperature to within +/- 1°C
    Which has been pre-set to maximum temperature for optimum safety.
    Since it's Guaranteed for 5 years if yours is younger you can get it replaced under warranty. Can you dig out the specs. That came with your valve and send it to me? Regards, Tom
