    Grandmother Adopting, I'm Relinquishing.
    My son has been living with my Grandmother for the past year and it's good for him she wants to adopt him and I want to Relinquish my rights what's the best what to go about this and the cheapest.

    Go to your county courthouse and see if the clerk can help you find the right forms to complete and file.

    Ultimately, the judge will decide whether you will be able to relinquish your parental rights to your grandmother.
