I married an illegal immigrant and his family told me that he had gotten deported back to mexico. I already did my papers I filed them. How do I get him served if I don't know wheres he's at? After I do get him served with papers or whatever how long do I have to wait to see a judge? Are they going to contact me somehow? What's the easiest way and fastest way to get this done so I can move past this and not have to deal with this anymore??

You will have to file for divorce, under the rules that you can not find him, After attempt to service, you will have to follow the court rules on notification, normally posting in the legal section of specific newspapers about the divorce. Your lawyer should be able to walk you though your local rules
