I married an illegal immigrant and his family told me that he had gotten deported back to mexico. I already did my papers I filed them. How do I get him served if I don't know wheres he's at? After I do get him served with papers or whatever how long do I have to wait to see a judge? Are they going to contact me somehow? What's the easiest way and fastest way to get this done so I can move past this and not have to deal with this anymore??
