I want full custody of my daughter
Ok so I'm 16 and have a beautiful baby girl named sophia hope
Her dad dumped me when I was 6 months pregnant telling he wouldn't take care of her if she had problems
And putting me on depression pills until nowhe wouldn't go to the hospital when I was in labor, his parents forced him to.. he didn't go in the room, when she was born he didn't even look at her as he was leaving he said he couldn't do it
His mom's really involved and she's been going to there house every Friday until Saturday afternoon he's usually out doing something else but he says he wants her more
He lets all his girlfriends get in her life and then they're just gone we got into a fight at school and he's telling everybody he's taking me to court for full custody
He's never paid a dime in child support(but we haven't gone to court for that) and I don't want him in her life until he grows up she's three months and he's still yet to change a diaper
What can I do to get full custody, and I can tell them when they can come see her?

Well it sounds like you have full custody, if he is not listed on the birth certificate. You have full custody unless he goes to court to get a level of custody, And unless he can prove you are unfit he is not going to get full custody. But will most likely get visitation rights. And in some states grandparents can get visitation.

The issue is you still feel or want him to be involved most likely in your life also because of the baby, or do something he is not being forced to do.

The "full custody" threat is one most guys use when they don't want to have to pay child support.

So you need to get to court, get a child custody order in place and get a child support order placed on him.

Is his name on the birth certificate or anything indicating he is named the father?
Keep records of days and times he does show any interest in her whether it is a phone call or whatever so that if he does go for custody you can say this is ALL the interest he has had so far so the Judge can see he hasn't been having an active interest.
His mother showing interest should not count toward his interest.

You go to family court and file for full/sole custody and the Judge will make the decision from there if and what visitation rights he can have.

Then really he has no say or any rights until he establishes paternity.
You could tell him you are not comfortable with him or his family seeing the baby as long as there are threats to take her off you.
That might force them to go for custody though but as Fr_C said for them to get custody they would have to prove you unfit.
