    Rental property undergoing possible foreclosure
    How do I get information about the house that I am currently renting, possibly going through a foreclosure?:(

    Trouble, except for filings at the court house you can't, You an ask the landlord and hope he is honest with you. The lender will not give you that info.

    Basically except in California there is not even laws protecting the renter.
