    Are [California] felons permitted to enter Canada?
    I am presently on parole as a CA Civil Addict Commitment which is inclusive of completion of a six month residential drug & alcohol rehabilitation program (following a 9mo in custody SAP program). The only advantage to coping with the state's scam by funneling funds through the CDCR and into the deep pockets of a growing plethera of rehabs like the one I'm in is that upon the minute chance I have [statstically speaking] is my eligibility to have my felony "vacated" from my record... I just want to find out if I were to take a regular felon #(simply because
