Following my divorce I became disable. My income has been cut by 60% and my medical expense have increased. Hers income has increased. The amount she gets from disability has nothing to do with the child support order, there is a set amount that children get if one parent is disable. This is not your child support. Your child support should still be due, based now on your new income levels.
