Social Security Disibality and child support
Following my divorce I became disable. My income has been cut by 60% and my medical expense have increased. Hers income has increased. I receive social security disability, but my x-wife receives the benefits for my son, which I 3 times more than what is dictated by the divorce. I have my son about 35% of the time and have expenses. I am the one with the disability, why is she getting much more than dictated by the divorce discreet

The amount she gets from disability has nothing to do with the child support order, there is a set amount that children get if one parent is disable. This is not your child support. Your child support should still be due, based now on your new income levels.
