    What is the reason
    Asalam-o-Alaeeukm.
    Mera sawal yeah hai k jab main fajar ke namaz par kar sota hoo to mujhay bohat ghalt qisam k khuwab atay hain razana. Is say mere energy zaya hotee hai. Please mujhay koi hal batayee

    Salaam,

    Yaar aap khanay main check kero ke koun si cheezain ziada khatay ho. Dry fruits... khajoor waghaira increase kerti hain yeah cheez.

    Doosri baat... sotay kaisay ho... pait ke upar sotay ho to yeah bhi aik wajah ho sakti hai. Baal haanth aur pair sookha ho to behtar hai sotay waqt... geelay main bhi hota hai.

    Aur energy zaya nahi hoti... woh jo nikalta hai woh extra energy hai jis ki aap ke body ko zaroorat nahi.
