    RTH230B wiring
I am replacing a mercury thermostat with a digital Holeywell RTH230B.

I have six wires coming out of the Wall. White, Yellow, Green, Red, Orange, and Blue.

I ran the White to W, Green to G, Yellow to Y, Red to Rh, and Orange to Rc.

It does not work in Auto, and the heat and cool are opposite in the thermostat.

If you have a heat pump and not an 0 on the thermostat, you have the wrong thermostat

How do you get your red wire to fit in with the jumper? I can't seem to force wire in from top where the jumper is, even with the screw out all the way. Thanks, Barry
