    Add report template in remedy 6.3 version
    HI How to add crystal report template in remedy 6.3 report form so that I can run same report from report console

    I've been here awhile and not seen any Crystal Report questions before. So on the off chance none of the helpers here use Crystal Reports, I will point you to some forums that are specific to your question.

    I've used Remedy a few years ago in a tech support position and they have specialized support services for customizing issues like these. I'm be surprised if someone here has that specific knowledge. Maybe you could find a forum that deal mainly with Remedy software though that may be hard to find.
