HI How to add crystal report template in remedy 6.3 report form so that I can run same report from report console

I've used Remedy a few years ago in a tech support position and they have specialized support services for customizing issues like these. I'm be surprised if someone here has that specific knowledge. Maybe you could find a forum that deal mainly with Remedy software though that may be hard to find.
