    Toilet Flange Installation
In a new construction concrete floor the 3" pvc toilet drain line is installed at a slight angle causing the toilet flange to likewise be at an angle rather than level with the floor. How can I install the toilet flange in a workable manner?

How high is the high edge of the flange off the floor and is it a glued in flange? A slight angle may not be a problem since the flange uses the wax ring to make its seal and the johnnie bolts will be able to lean.
