    Light Switch - Stuck in middle - buzz sound
    When I turned off a light switch, the switch stuck a little in the middle and it buzzed. What does that mean? Is it normal? If it is completely on or off, there is no sound.

    It means it is arcing, I would replace switch, they should switch quickly. You can intentionally do that to many switches, and is bad for them. Replace it and forget it.
