What size wire should I use.
I have 200 amp Service on the pole approx 110 feet from my house, and I want to run a separate wire from the 200 amp breaker box on the pole,to the house for electric furnace only. What size wire should I use. I am planning on putting it in conduit and running under ground. I think this would be 100 amps from the pole to the furnace. Am I correct? What size wire and what size conduit.:) Thank You.

Your not making any sense. If you are at 200 Amp Service, you should have more than enough power to feed your furnace, without having to go outside of the main panel box.

First, look at the metal tag on the furnace and tell me what is the amperage required by the furnace. Then get back to us please.
