    Weight Loose In %weeks
    Hi This is aditya from India, I'm 22yrs old male and having the weight of 80kgs which is very much so I pleasew give guidance about how can I loose my weight and I use to eat daily chicken, in a week 4days I used to drink beer, my daily routine in a home is at morning I use to eat 2roti, in afternoon some amount of rice, and at dinner 2 roti again,, soplease says me the solution waiting for your reply...

    I would lay off the rice as it's pure carbs, only eat some. Count calories, and no beer, it's all carbs and sugar.

    80kg is 176 pounds. That is not a whole lot for a man of your age.

    Depending on your bone structure and your height you may not need to lose any, but possibly gain more.

    You need to eat a couple of servings of lean meat a day, 4 servings of veggies, a few servings of fruit, a couple servings of dairy, and several servings of whole grains. Sugars , fats, and oils should be avoided for the most part, though some aren't too bad for you.
