    How can I loose weight?
    I've been on strict diets like eating black beans with no salt and raw vegetables and salads and exercised so hard and I don't loose weight what could be a better way to loose weight?

    Have you talked to your dr? Or maybe a nitritionist?
    And if you're excercising, are you maybe gaining muscle mass and losing fat? If that's the case, muscle weighs more than fat so tat would be why you're not losing weight.

    Your diet should be healthy and well-balanced. Be careful with strict diets. Make sure that you're eating enough of everything you need- vitamins, protein, good fats, good carbs, etc.

    Well I worked out two times a day lift weights,cardio,and running threadmill,I'm only 23 and I weight 145 and I want to loose 40 pounds and I've been on it for three months and about to give up I'm so mad cause as it is its tempting not to eat like everyone else and then not to loose weight.if you have any advice let me know thank you
