    Acces to my child
    Hi I'm in the uk and I am wondering where I stand on access to my child as his mother is wanting to change his name and not let me be involved in his life at all I am not a bad father and have not done anything wrong to my ex I would just like to know where I stand on this matter

    Then you should push your Attorney for answers or find another Attorney so you have some legally enforceable rights.
