Hi I'm in the uk and I am wondering where I stand on access to my child as his mother is wanting to change his name and not let me be involved in his life at all I am not a bad father and have not done anything wrong to my ex I would just like to know where I stand on this matter

My court orders don't say nothing she is asking me to produce evidence of my wearabouts at all times and my lawyer is not helping me in the slitest

Then you should push your Attorney for answers or find another Attorney so you have some legally enforceable rights.
