Hmmmm OK I'll start with yous with a bit of information about what I have problem with OK me and my boyfriend have been in love for long time he loves me and I adore him but the problem is this days I have no idea what wrong with me or with him, before a few days he came to me and he said that he want to stay away from me because he want to see if he miss me or not... hmmm and after a 2 days he said that he didn't and he has no feelings for me but he saying that he can't. End our relationship because its just toooooo hard for him... my question is how can I get his feelings back or how to get him back or what to do I'm sooo confused and so complicated I don't know what to do please help me I don't want to lose him :'(

I'm sorry to say this but once a person loses the feeling of love I don't think there's any way of getting those feelings back. :( I know you don't want to lose him. You've got two options. Try to stick it out with him (though many problems may arise from that) or just let him go. There are other people out there but it is easier said than done. The choice is really up to you. If it were me I would focus on giving myself a new start. Try not to soften your heart too much. I've seen a lot of breakups and broken hearts because of that. Maybe I'm leading you wrong or maybe I'm leading you right, but every person's feeling are different. No one can truly understand what you're going through but you. Everyone has at one point in their lives suffered a broken heart but everyone feels the pain different. Maybe someone can offer you better advice than me but like I stated before the choice is really for you to make. I wish you lots of luck and again, I'm sorry about your situation.

Omg I can't accept this its toooo hard for me because he's the only who could change me change ma life and he did and I feel that I don't own my life anymore its like I'm lost I'm no one without him :'( :((

Being dumped is no piece of cake for any one, young or old, but you have to accept it, hard as it is, or waste a lot of time hurting about it, and risk doing some very foolish things if you cannot accept that its over because his feelings have changed.

Sorry, you can't control his feelings, so don't try, just control your own, and believe me, I know how hard that is when you are hurting. And yes, it's the hardest thing you will ever do, accepting this break up. But when you overcome it, and you will in time, it will be the best thing you have ever done. You can't see that through the misery and pain you are in, but you will when it stops hurting, which may be a while, as you get your life back together, without him in it, and that's more hard work.

Sorry there are no easy ways of doing this, and that's why break ups suck, for everyone.

Read the stickies so you will know you aren't the first or last to go through this, and we all have to face the hurt, and pain that break ups cause us. Some of us a few times, and it still sucks.

Well I'm trying I even tried to kill myself because of that its to hard for me to live without him because I see no life without him no me no nothing :'(

When you can see no life without him, then for sure its time to build one. Stop crying and get busy, because its hard work, and will take a while, so you better get started. A good place to begin is with family and friends.
