Not a lot you can do she is getting pain relief and gel to put on her gums but she insists on grinding them and it just makes it sore...

Hi Joe nice to see you :D

Allheart
Feb 6, 2007, 03:47 PM
Sounds painful and not fun for anyone. Hoping it passes soon.

Hey Joe, how's things at the Superbaby home :)?

JoeCanada76
Feb 6, 2007, 03:56 PM
Superbaby was talking lots when I was not here. He is always getting excited and when she went to mothers and babies group. Joshua is always looking at the lady. He looks at them and laughs and giggles and stares.

Oh, One day My wife and I were play fighting and just carrying on, I was threatening to cover her head with olive oil and next thing you know Joshua just starts balling his head off. Both my wife and I could not believe how sensitive he was and how much us playing scared him.

Allheart
Feb 6, 2007, 03:59 PM
Aaaaaaaaaw poor SuperBaby. How sweet is that. He's going to be a sensitive guy, huh, just like his Daddy :).

Olive oil?? Helloooooo Couldn't you think of something more fun than Olive oil? That would take forever to get out of her hair, although they say it is good for the hair :):)

JoeCanada76
Feb 6, 2007, 04:06 PM
Olive oil is what we use for the baby's bum bum. That was the closest thing too me.

Lol

Good evening everyone!!

Syn, I can't believe they would make a goddess do... well actual work. Next time show them the rule book and set them straight. After all they'r mere mortals.

Joe, super baby was probably looking at the lady's bosom and thought "lunch"

Oh Laura, I'm sorry to hear little madame is having such a rough time. Try rubbing a small amount of honey on her gums. The natural anesthetic in it will ease the pain. (if she's over 6 months)

I've missed you Christine. Sorry I haven't been popping in as much as before but I've been busy running to the doctors. Everything is okay. I followed my own advice and fired the quack.

So we've passed the 1000th post. Hoorayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. I can't believe how far we've come. Hope every one is doing well.

Well i havent had a cigi since 8am this morning it was the last one now ive tried on numerous occasions to quit smoking and im just not flipping strong enough to do it i always cave in.
Now i know theres no easy way to do this and i have to admit boy am i feeling dizzy and funny but i can't give in i need to do this for millie not just for myself.

So is there anyone out there with any words of wisdom and dont what ever you do lecture me on whats in a cigi it wont do a thing the women at the clinic tried that and i just laughed and said look i already have arsonic in me so thats really not gonna scare me into stopping. I want support not a telling off after all im an adult not a pubescent teen.

Thank in advance hugs

Laura
It will be 4 years for me that I quit.. Not long after my mother was diagnosed with lung cancer which went to her brain... what helped me never to go back? I never want my son to have to hurt and lose a parent at such a young age! Every time, I cry over my mom which is every night, I promise never to put my son through it... hope it helps! Keeps me from not going back!

Wow its been a busy two weeks. I'm still hangning in there with 3 cans of soda. And caffeine free iced tea. I can't drink pain water no matter how thirsty I am. So the iced tea works well with added lemon.

Laura, I hope your doing okay. And little madame is trying to be a good girl.
Once mr. chippers has his shoulder operated on Tuesday 2/13/07, everyhting will calm down. And I can come back in here like I used too.

Christine, you're a sweetie. I love you like crazy. I love all of you too. You make my day.

Love yas back.

How is Mr. Chippers doing? That is very extensive surgery. Hope he recovers well.

Superbaby is good. I am doing a bit better just came from the doctors got some more meds to kill the superbug. My wife is doing good. I tried spending some quality time with Joshua but whenever he is with me he crys a lot, but once he is in her arms he is a different baby. Food is more important to him then anything right now.

Good night everybody. Going to be patient and spend some extra time with Superbaby and Super MaMa. (;

Feb 8, 2007, 10:47 PM
Aww joe, you're a sweetie. I hope your wife appreciates you. Mr chippers sounds just like you. He's not afraid of getting his hands dirty either.

He's a little nervous about the surgery. Which I can't blame him for. He has a minoe tear in his rotator cuff that healled incorrectly. His co thought he didn't need immediate medical attention(grrrrrrrrrrrr!! ) so he's getting it corrected now. Tuesday they're going in and removing a lot of scar tissue and realigning the shoulder. I'm optomistic about the docs. I've worked with them. Mr chippers on the other hand will be handful. He gets cabin fever and I'll probably have to nail his but to the couch or join the army myself. (Gee aren't you glad you asked:p )

Glad to hear you went to see the doc again. I wouldn't wory. Super baby's super dad will be all right soon. You'll get akick out of this but whenever I hear joshua referred to as superbaby, I keep thinking of that hercules cartoon from disney when hercules was a baby. So I guess that would make you zeus? Food for thought.

Have a good night. Kiss superbaby form me

Chippers,

You are just so darn sweet and bring so much energy. I hope hubby does well. I know he will. He will feel better after the surgery, compared to the pain of a torn rotary. That is SO painful. Keep you guys in my prayers. And way to go with the 3 cans girl!!

Joe, glad you hear you and the super family are coming along nicely. That superbaby is just so darn cute. We need to see more pictures please :)

Laura, how is Millies gums. Did the teeth come through yet. Did you guys get to feed the ducks? Boy I long for a day to take a stroll and do that. Will have to wait till spring.

Synnen - How you doing my friend? Still staying strong? Why does it seem each day is getting harder.. grrrr. But I must admit, the stress level (work crap) has risen, so that doesn't help. I'm off today. Thankfully.

Love and hugs

Synnen
Feb 9, 2007, 07:27 AM
Yay for Fridays!

I'm still holding strong. It's actually kind of funny... after I got through the first 30 days, I realized I really didn't WANT to smoke anymore. I mean, I WANT to smoke, but I don't have the urges like I did, and the temptation is nowhere NEAR what it had been.

Thank god for you all, though, because I sincerely doubt I would have ever made it without you.

Allheart
Feb 9, 2007, 09:18 AM
Oh Synnen,

Thanks so much. That is good to know. I'm at the 3 week point at the urges are just ridicoulis. Thanks honey. Glad it's easing for you!!

Happy Friday!

Synnen
Feb 9, 2007, 09:27 AM
Yeah... the 3 week mark was AWFUL. I was bawling because I was craving so badly. Hold strong! You can do it!

In other news, I didn't get the internal job I applied for. Kind of a bummer on a Friday morning, with the whole day to get through before I can go home and be mad/upset.

Allheart
Feb 9, 2007, 09:35 AM
Oh Synnen I didn't know you had put in for it? Crap. Boy I know that feeling. One time I put in for an internal job 5 different times and other people got the nod. It really hurts your feelings. But I didn't give up nor did I let their not picking me, bring me down, I just kept at it and finally got it the 6th time.

But for now, I know it really stinks. Did you go and ask why. Even just to make them squirm... hee hee.

The last time I didn't get it, I wasn't so much hurt as I was mad. I went to the very top, put on the professional face, and said, where was I lacking and what areas can I improve in order to be selected. He went on this whole speal about why the candidate was picked. I said I am very happy for so and so (grrrrr), but I really would like to know
What I can do to improve. Do you know what he said... he said... Life is not fair. Boy I was hot with that answer. But, I did finally get it the next time.

So Keep your head up Synnen!!

Synnen

It's a small company. That position isn't going to be open again unless the person they chose quits. It's a new position entirely, which is about the only way to move in the company.

I've just dusted off my resume and I'm starting to look elsewhere.

Just... why tell you first thing in the morning? That's just mean, if you ask me.

Allheart

Oh, I don't GET bubble baths this weekend.

My parents are moving, my mom is panicking, so I'm making the 5 hour drive tonight to see what I can do to help her this weekend. Which means I'll have to deal with my sister (that's a long story, but suffice to say my sister is a conniving b!tch) being horrible, my mom crying, my dad mad because my mom is crying, and not even having the chance to be upset about this until probably Sunday night.

/sigh... ever notice that it all always hits at once?

Oh synnen, I'm sorry. Hey, don't focus on your sister. Tune her out!! Just your parents.
You are right. It always always comes like a flood. My Dad and My Father-in-law died a week a part. That was a blast!! I told my husband, I think God does that as if there is so much going on, our brains can't really focus on one thing and get swept up under it.
This way we are in one big huge swirl and will end up just breezing threw it.

Find the shelter within the storm instead of seeking freedom from the storm (not that you were LOL). Your peaceful presence will make more solid effect than you might ever realise. Breathe and release the tension, a deep breath too... as often as necessary. Like a mini-meditation.

Oh Laura, my goodness. When that happens, don't you feel like you are in the land of bizarre!!

I remember hubby sitting in the family room while we were in between funeral services, and for some reason I went to the living room and looked out the window. Guess what, one of the windows was cracked right down the window.

I went to hubby and I said, honey, sometimes God gives us some other things to think about when we are going through tough times...

Really what can you do at that point but throw your hands in there air.

Ohhhhhh I so want to be your twin... so so so so. :):):). I'll be weird I don't care :):). Hee hee

Oh syn, I know how you feel. I remember going for a job I really wanted. And was turned down for someone else. I felt so down on myself but I kept thinking that I'm still working and there was always next time.

I remember losing my grandmothers within months of each other. My maternal grandmother's loss hit me hardest because she raised me for the first three years of my life. Losing her waslike losing my mother. So I can totally relate to anyone whose dealing with a loss. I also believe that god only gives us what he feels we can handle. It only makes us stronger

Be honest,
Tell them you've had a rough week at work and can't make it this weekend. That you're too tired and need to rest. If they love you the way you know they do, I'm sure they'll understand.

Synnen,

Your doing so well. Days may be long, but you have support all around you. Your still up on that branch and I congratulate you.

Make it a rest weekend. I agree with Chippers. They should all understand.

Chippers - How are you doing? How is Mr. Chippers doing?

Allheart - I will send more pictures your way soon. P.S. Love the funny face. Mady me laugh.

Millie - Your experiancing new teeth, it will calm down and soon it will be all forgotten.

Laura - Those moments are precious. Hoping Millie is doing better and that you and Ben are relaxing and stress free right now.

If I forget anybody, I did not mean too. Your all important and your all thought of up on that branch for many different reasons. (;

Hugs and Good Thoughts to everybody here.

Chippers - Praying for you and Mr. Chipper. He will do well and come out of this feeling better once he heals.

Laura - How are you today honey? And Ms. Millie, is she still being her cute self. Joe, is so right, these are those precious years.

Joe - Great, we always want to see more pictures of superbaby. You have just got to get him a shirt with a big S on it and take a picture of him in it for us to see :):)

Feeling tired today, think I will be taking a little siesta (did I spell that right. Hopefully spell check will help me, but sometimes even spell check doesn't recognize my words:confused: )

Mr chippers has his surgery on Tuesday the 13th. He'll be home for a few weeks recovering. I may be on a flight to england to recover myself. But it'll be worth it. He's been hurting for a while and the vcioden doesn't help.

Syn, were here to give support. It's the promise we made to each other. Remember the ring of friendship.

Christine you're so sweet. What would we do without you. That's something I don't want to experience. Having all of you as friends has made me happier than I've been in a long time.

Joe, kisses to superbaby and I hope you're feeling better.

Laura, I hope you and Ben are getting some relaxation time and that millie is feeling better as well. Poor baby, I know those little toofins hurt

Luv to all,

I've now gone 46 days without a cigarette.

It's SOOOO much easier now.

I still think about it, especially in bad moments of my days... but I no longer want to cry when I can't have one.

Laura, there's a spot here right next to me that I'm saving for you, because I KNOW you can do it.

GOOD MORNING fellow goddesses and demi gods. It's an okay day so far. I did brak down and had 3 bottles of caffeine yesterday.(BAAAAAAAAAAD me) I'd been up most of the night before with mr. chippers and making sure he was all right. He had the surgery and came trhu it fine. I fought with the docotr about changing his pain med from vicodin to percocet because the vico wasn't touching him before the surgery. Once the doc realized I wasn't giving up, he changed the med for him. He's had 2 painfree nights so far. (it pays to be a b@@@h).
The boys had a snow day yesterday and Mr. einstein decided to help them clear snow from the driveway and the car. I actually came close to wrapping the snow shovel around his neck. But it took restrain not to.
Ah synn< I'm sooooooo proud of you. 46 days is nothing to sneeze at. As for being grumpy and not wanting to take it out on us? Never think that. We take it as venting your feelings, not as personal attacks. It helps you and it also helps us.
That's so not fair cbw. Doesn't he realize that the leaks and the other problems can cause mold. Especially being a fireman? If he does and does nothing to fix it, he could be held criminally responsible if you guys get sick.
Also check out leagal aide about putting your rent money in escrew until he makes the repairs. ONce that happens, watch how dast he makes the repairs. I know you're in england, but it wouldn't hurt to check out legal aide. They can tell you what to do.
It's how they do it here in the u.s. but it wouldn't hurt to check it out. Also see if there is a department (or minsitry of housing) they could direct you to your rights as a renter. I'm just guessing here but it's somehtng to think about.
I'm sorry if I'm preaching to you but I hate seeing people I care about being mistreated.
Even though we only chat here, I consider you all very good friends.

Luve to all of you fellow goddesses and demi gods.

I quit 3 months ago and have not had a ciggie since. What has made it easy for me is the fact that I slowly over a period of one year weaned myself off them very slolwy. I dropped the amount I smoked until I was only have one cigarette a day and then I woke up one day and said today will be the day I stop. I have managed now to go 3 months, but I did this before I made it to 4 months and started again. I do have the odd times when I really want a cigarette.
Do you know what is really odd? When you give up you start to see people that you would never believe would smoke? In yet when you are smoking everywhere you go non smokers and nobody is smoking only you. I must say that since I have given up I cannot stand near a smoker and find the smell horrible. I don't want patches either, I mean what is the point in giving your body a substitute nicotine the only way to do it is to stop! No easy cure it is hell and sometimes very boring.

Doing okay.

Just found out a very good friend of mine has breast cancer and I am scared to death.
There is a lot not known now as to how much treatment she will need. The kind she has is called invasive. I don't like that sound of that.

Anyway, I bring this up to please keep her in her prayers. I won't say too much more as not too many people know, and not all of her family knows.

So when you pray, just refer to her as "Special Angel".

Thanks for listening.

Love all of you very much!!

Joe you are so sweet thank you so much.

I love that, God knows who she is. Thank you.

Hugs to the superfamily:)

Allheart, invasive could mean she'll have surgery to remove it. Anywhere from a lumpectomy to a mastectomy. Allot depends on the stage in which they caught it. There is a lot of headway made in breast cancer treatments. From chemo to surgery. I'll keep special angel in my prayers as well.

As for the breast feding angle, I passed on it. I could barely let mr. chippers look at them let alone let a baby nurse on them for how sore they were during pregnancy. But the idea of breast feeding gives a whole new meaning of milk and cookies.

Mr. chippers is doing well. As long as I keep the snow shovel close by,he stays in line.
Friday I took off the dressing and he took a shower then I put a new one on. He's getting sleep and rest from the pain pills. He goes back to the doctor on Tuesday.

Laura of course you are the no#1 goddess because as heart said you brought us together.Btw Joe, when you're done cleaning your house, want to come and do mine?? Huh huh pleeeeeaaasseeeeee??

As for riding the basket up the stairs allheart, we'll have the demi gods pul us up. They should be honored to serve the goddesses divine.

If I could be any goddess, I would chose Athena, the goddess of wisdom. I've always liked her from what I read about her as a kid. So how about any of you goddesses. Which one would you be if you weren't already a goddess divine? Or in the men's cases, the demigods.

My husband and I have both gone through this, and actually just quitting cold turcky was the best way for both of us. Having them around made it a lot harder to quit. I quit first, just put them down one day. It was tough on my husband because I was moody and irratable for the first week. After about the first week, it does start to get better. The first few days is the hardest, but now (2 years later) I do not even want one. It was harder to be around others that were smoking, so I had to distance myself for a while. Now my husband is quitting. We have a one-year old little boy, so I have really been on his case. It was a lot harder for him than it was for me. He tried the cutting back and setting daily goals, but just having the cigs around made him cave in and take one more. Finally he decided to just go cold turkey (like I did) and he has done it. It has been three weeks for him, and the irratability is finally going away!! Thank goodness. The main thing is I think you just have to decide you have had enough, and you ARE going to quit. Be stubern and hard headed and tell yourself that you WILL NOT cave in to something that is smaller than you. Anyway=) Best of luck!

Fallenangelss
Feb 24, 2007, 09:22 PM
Curlybenswife, I have been gradually stop smoking, I am 24 yrs old with a 4, 3 and a 2 yr old baby. I have been depressed for over 10 years (yes even thought of killing myself) not anymore thankfully). Anyway, I know what it is like to try to stop smoking. I was at 2 to 3 packs a day if that! Now I am at a pack in 3 to 4 days, that is if I do not get stressed or if my hubby leaves mine alone. Lol Anyway, I am stopping not for me, lord knows I can use them to stay clam, however, I am doing it for my 3 babies. They all have or had asthma, they are why I want to stop smoking, besides I want to be here to see my great grandkids. Lol I find it a little easier to think of playing with grandkids or something dealing with my kids to take my mind off the cravings. I stay busy, keeping your hands and mind busy will help stop cravings. Take up activities, hobbies, or exercise. You will notice that you will want to eat when you have cravings so eating and exercising works out. Lol I am with you on this one! I hope you make it, I have faith in you. Good luck

They turned it around on me and asked if THAT was what they call female masturbation these days---polishing the ol' halo.

I was blushing for WEEKS

Laura,

That is nothing to be sad about. I hung at 4 or 5 for a good long while. You are giving your body time to get used to the lower levels.

I just asked to give you a loving poke. But sticking at 5 at not increasing is an accomplishment. Sooner than you think, you will get sick of the 5.

Hugs to you. Now don't you have a hungry elephant waiting for you :)

Love to all.

If you have a child that is old enough,
Tell them to look where you keep your cigs
And if they see any, break them in half!
My mom did this to my grandparents a very
Long time ago, and it made both of them stop
Because they were wasting so much money!

GOOD LUCK!!

I actually had a blast!!

************************************************** *************

Oh God, I just got off the phone, the special angel I asked all of you to keep in your thoughts with the breast cancer, well, she will need to have both removed. I just talked to her husband. My main concern, is the cancer went all through her, but the test showed that it did not. They have one more test to run. So far, she will NOT need chemo or radiation, I think that part is good news and the fact that she will be okay.

I do thank you all for keeping Special Angel in your thoughts and prayers.

Hugs to all.

Feb 27, 2007, 04:46 PM
Oh Laura, I am thankfull she will be okay and so grateful they found it. I was so worried it went through her. Her husband sounds a wreck, but it's more feeling for her. All he cares about is that she is going to be okay. She was joking with the kids that she is going to have Movie star boobies ( is that okay to type... sorry)

Thanks so much for thinking of Special Angel.

She could. Just sitting here, I just want to cry for her, but how can I possibly, when she will be okay. It's not what she needs to do, it's just that ugly C word. I think in a way I am relieved.

Thanks Laura for being there.

Have a good night. Going to get some sleep early.

My mom went through it 2 years ago... I know whatyou're going through. /hugs to you too, because in a way, it's harder for the support system, because you can't DO anything, just be there!

Got my belly button pierced when she went into remission :) Just keep it clean... follow their instructions on care. It's going to be sore for a while, but if you don't let it get infected, it's a lot of fun!

Oh thanks Synnen - really appreciate. I did some reading on the internet about it all.
A lot of information on it. (mastectomy and then reconstruction) a bit of a road ahead of her.

This should just prove to all of us, we really need to give life a nice kick in the a$$. Seriously. Enjoy these times. Cut out those things that cause you hurt and stress and just let her rip. Let nothing or no one keep you down.

I love you Synnen and Laura. Thanks so much.

(p.s. belly hurts a little. But I am loving it, but I told my Mom and I think she is now on her way to church to see if she can get some holy water to sprinkle on me LOL. I calmed her down. I bet you 10 to 1, she asked the priest if I did something wrong. She won't do it to be mean, she just probably wants to make sure I didn't do a naughty naughty. She came around a bit, when I told her it made me happy. )

Love you guys. Remember, kick life in the rump! Let nothing or no one take your smile away!!

Hugs to both

I will never forget the time my sister bought me a skirt suit. Well the skirt was darn near close to my ankles. Sorry, but that's too long. I told my Mom I took it to the cleaners to get shortened, Mom hung up on me. Toooo funny (not at the time, and I was in my 30s then)

Whew. I go back to the doc tomorrow and get my head examined(again) this head cold has knocked me on my a@@ literally. I tried walking in the snow aqnd lost my balance and WHAM! Down I went. You should see the butt crack I made in the ice. Its very impressive.
Syn, hang in there. Were holding on to you. Think about how good you feel since you quit. How great your skin looks, that dewy youthful glow you have now. Plus your clothes not smelling of nicotine.
Heart, take care of that belly. Your braver than I am. When I was a kid, it took 4 corman, 2 nurses my father and the doctor giving me the shot to hold me down. I'm glad special angel is doing well. I think we should all get pink bracelets and wear them for support not just for her but for everyone going through this.

I'll check in sometime tomorrow and say hi. Income tax return came in and I hear the faint call of shopping spree.

Does your teeth hurt? Mine usually do when it's sinus.

Best thing is to just lay down and try and get some rest. Maybe it was smelling all of Simon's presents. It clogged your poor sinuses.

I think I am going to do something and take a leap. Tattoo time?? Hee.

Christine I would have never thought it too be true especially being 75. Although my wife got a sick email from her friend of a granny that is covered head to toe with tattoos and metal hanging from many places it should not be. Hmmm, Hope your not going that route. Lol

JoeCanada76
Mar 2, 2007, 10:42 AM
Actually I was told that advil can actually make sinuses worse in the long run. I took that when I first got sick and just made everything worse. Ear infection and more. Then the pharmacy told me that advil can make congestion worse.

Although if it just a regular headache I am sure it will work. I take it a lot for sore joints and pain. It is better then tylonel, I compare tylonel to candy.

The only thing with advil it can raise your BP. Can not win.

Allheart
Mar 2, 2007, 10:49 AM
OOh Joe, glad you said something about the Advil. That's just what I take. Good to know though. I agree with you, tylenol just plain nutin. Alls it does is upset my belly. Speaking of which, hee hee. That will be the only piercing I will have!! And no tatoos for me.

Hubby has one tattoo.

Going to take the plunge Joe. Hmmmmmm You should get one with Superbaby on it :)

If it feels heavy it could be sinus pain, especially if your teeth hurt. The fact your noses inst running could mean your congested. And need something to break it up. Try advil cold and sinus. Joe's right that it can cause a rebound of a head ache but only if you take it longer than you need too. Try an over the counter nasal spray like afrin. You only use it every 12 hours. I'm the quenn of sinus trouble. I'll be having sinus surgery in the near future. That's how I lost my balance and made my famous butt crack in the ice.

love to all,

My new job that I would love besides being a daddy and working for a living. If I got fired I would have the job of hoisting the basket up the stairs for the ride of the goddesses divine.

About the fast food. I was losing the battle for the while but it is so important for me to stop it all together. Like you said to show value of healthy eating and lifestyle for Joshua and the fact of how much money you save by avoiding those things. As well as my blood pressure is through the roof so I need to buckle down and remain healthy and happy for my whole family, never want to cut my life short because I am not taking care of myself. I want to be around a long time and be a good, positive influence and always be a presence with Joshua and My wife. Never want to cut that short.

It hurts me deep inside just thinking that could happen and the thought scares me.

Thannk you for asking.

How are you doing and Mr. Chippers?

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SANE!! Arrrrggh!

I just spent the weekend with my parents. I had to drink a LOT of wine to get through the urges of wanting to slap my parents and smoke a cigarette, in that order. I did it, though! Well, I didn't stay sane, but I didn't slap my parents or smoke, either.

That picture is GREAT. I'm going to print it out when I get home and hang it on my humor board!

Hope you had a better weekend than I did.

You really don't want to be there. I promise.

My parents are moving to a different city after living in the same house for 26 years, in the same town both of them grew up in. My dad got promoted, my mom is upset about it. They do nothing but fight, because neither can see where the other one is coming from.

They've been married 32 years... and if they make it to 33, no one will be more amazed than I am.

Good morning goddesses.
It's snowing here in New Jersey. Not too much. The kids have school and mr chipper left for physical therapy. So in a few minutes, I'll have the house to myself for a little while. I'm going to try to get out and get my hair cut. I'm going for a sexy bob.
How is millie this morning laura? Like I said, I'll have the toy in the mailon Saturday. I hope she likes it and has a lot of fun with it.
Syn you're right there is no such thing as sanity I lost mine ages ago if I even had it.
Allheart, how's that belly of your's? Take it easy and keep it clean.
Joe give superbaby kisses for me. I'll catch up with everyone later.

Love chippers

Laura
Quiting is hard. If u smoke because you are trying 2 calm down, try doing something else i.e. drinking coffee going to a spa exersing. Also, every time you want a cigerate, remind yourself of how bad you want 2 quit. Hope this helped:)

Good morning goddesses and dudes,
The kids are at school and mr. chippers is at physical therapy so I'm home by myself for some quiet solitude. I missed everybody yesterday because I'd been in and out all day.
Laura, I'll have millie's toy in the mail tomorrow or maybe today. I accidentally deleted your address from my pm list. Could you be so nice and give it to me again? I'm sorry about the inconveinence. I've dusted it off and wiped it down with a baby wipe but you might want to do it again after being in the mail for so long.

Love,

Chippers
