I loved talking to you too start. Yes I knew your voice before I talked to you too. We are so similar its almost eery!! LOL I am happy all these fine people have joined on. What a nice group here. You always seem to bring out the best in people! AHHH, babies are fun, but I am glad I am past that stage in a way. I can't lie, every time I see a baby I want to kiss and hug them. Moms get kind of freaked out by that so I usually just smile and wave.

Babies are cute.
Guess what! Me and the other youth of our church planted 2000 trees today!
The aim was to plant 500
We had a lot of fun, never knew digging a hole (and another hole, and another hole, and a few more holes, and hey lets dig 20 more, and yay I dug holes) could be so much fun!
I've discovered that digging a hole is easier than getting the silly plant out of its little plastic pot :)
startover22
Jul 18, 2007, 07:19 AM
Ha, Cal you silly. I am so glad you had fun doing something wonderful! I would like to take the kids to do that. They do a lot of cutting here in lumber land Oregon and replant too. I got a sweet suculant plant that I have never ever seen before for my birthday yesterday from one of the daycare kids. He didn't even know that suculants (spelling) were my favorite plant... Davy my daughter got me a pedicure, never done that before so I am up for it. My oldest son got me a new top to my bird bath (he broke it) he asked dad to get it for me cause I was pretty sad, my parents gave me the old one. My husband was so sweet and so was everyone else.
Jesus, hope you had the best night ever at least getting some rest, that always worries me about you. Proud, let joshua start running!
MAngo, where are you?
Canada, hello there this morning!
Sara, hope you get all that stuff done, if I were there I would help you or just hold that baby all day long while you worked your buns offfff!
Good Morning to you alllll!
Shattered, we will do that again and again. You are bringing the best out of people toooooo! Thanks a lot, I needed that.
Nowwhat, the kids are moving into a place I found on craigslist for them... Mom pre paid and she is moving in this weekend, case worker will be looking into it on Monday to make sure everything is good to go!

Jul 18, 2007, 07:55 AM
Well, that is really good. I bet they will be happy to be back with Mom. But, I am sure you are going to miss them too. Will they still be with you during the day?
startover22
Jul 18, 2007, 08:02 AM
You know, I will still be their babysitter, but I haven't gotten the times they will be here. I will miss them, my husband will too. BUT, we really need our privacy back. I haven't sat down (literally) in almost two months unless they are resting or asleep. Even then I feel like I have to get up and "catch up" the poor boys, they are so great but really need their mom to come through. To tell you the truth, she isn't working hard enough to me. The case worker listened to my worries and she agreed that this will be a supervised return. As in, she will check in with just a phone call that she is on her way for the first month she will be checking in 3 or 4 times a week. I thought that was harsh but at the same time good. Thanks for your support through all of this Nowwhat. You really were great. I hope the best for the boys, I am rooting for them!

Try to make up for that this weekend. Wink wink.

Hello everyone, Saraispiel good luck with your moving. Your baby is so cute.
Start, Joshua is standing up on his own and growing more teeth. Sitting and standing on his own. He is also sitting himself down on his own. I get so excited seeing Joshua doing new things I think he will be walking soon before a year. I do a lot of different things with joshua to get him strong and have lots of fun doing it. (:
Shatter, I agree with you. Start brings out the good in people :)

Oh he is so sweet! My daughter was the earlyest I have ever known, 4 months crawling and 7 months walking. I couldn't believe it, I even tried to tell her she was to fast but she wanted to be mobile in every way. All four of my kids did their own thing in their own time.
There is no doubt that I can bring out the good in SOME people SOME times, but we all can. I hope you throw some of your love over here cause I am frustrated lately. I am overwhelmed a little, and my husband is starting to complain. My motto is if you are to do something good, then do it! No complaining, no pouting, just do it until your time is up!! Otherwise say no to the task! And sure as heck don't ask for anything for it! Can you tell I am frustrated? Oh well, it all will be over soon and I will be able to look back and say everything was for a reason!

Geez It seems like not that long ago. Well start, if you are frustrated, its about damn time!! You got to get annoyed sometimes! Otherwise I would start to think you are a Stepford Wife! LOL you know I am just playing! Congrats PRoudmama, I surely would love to kiss that baby but I know, smile and wave. LOL Sara, glad you got to enjoy the park today with baby Shayla, its better than being cooped up in the house. It starts to close in on you after a while!! ITs almost FRIDAY!

Hello my friends,
I was gone for a while studying for a real estate exam. I had been feakin' out because it is soooo complicated, the words in the questions. But I completed a 2 day prep. Made me feel better. I am scheduled to take the state exam on August 17th.
But I have to say, I missed you guys.
My 12 year old step daughter got her braces this year and I wasn't sure how that was going to go. When I had braces, OMG, I had the head gear and everything. I was concerned for her "self esteem" and all.
But to my surprise, she looks really cute. They kind of blend.
Hope all of you are doing well. Your spirits of laughter and joy, regardless of any circumstance, can be heard through these pages.
It's a good day, and I almost feel part of the world. Thank you God, He, does hear prayers!

Hey there Joe, thank goodness you still love us misfits. LOL I too am very glad it is Friday. I am always inspired by your quotes. They are always so uplifting. I feel the love. I hope Proud and Josh are feeling well. I am remembering my lovely friend Myke who I last saw on 4-20-07 the day before he died. Love is all around him too, he is love. Complete and unconditional. He is with the masters now, soaking up all the knowledge he was so thirsty for here. Today is a good day to be alive, but a sad one to be without the ones we love. Peace to you. Hey start, where are you girl??

Awww Shattered, you are too sweet. And Misfits was my favorite album for a while in high school! I went and bought some Indigo Girls and a guy I never heard of John Mcglaughlin... (I think that is his name) Great music for my sweet drive with only two kids in the car! We had such a nice night last night, played with new kitty catty's and ate a great dinner, had birthday cake, talked, watched the kids swim, talked some more with out interruption... SHEESH, after 7 kids for the last two months 2 is like no biggie at all! We will be going to the coast tonight and using the new trailer. I am dreading that because the sand is no place for a new trailer! Oh well the fun is worth it and the ocean is my favorite!
Joe, hope you are doing good too! Have a great day today. Hugs to you!
Hugs to all the rest of you too! Hmmmmmmmmm, should I even start to clean or go back to bed and let them conquer the house?

Yes Joe, I love the ocean too. It is truly mesmerizing, peaceful and oh so grand. Whenever I am looking at the ocean, it is when I realize how incredibly amazing God is. TRuly. Well, not to get all sappy. But I have to agree with STart. I did so much growing and learning on my posts about losing my friend. It all got washed away, disappeared without a trace. Politics I guess. Only the few posts survive. Not the most useful ones either. Oh well. Like she said, we have our memory. I guess to move on is more useful than crying over spilled milk. The ocean is where my friend Myke died, plane accident. Yes, it was quite an ordeal for me. Through this site I have managed to work through a lot, it is also how I became friends with Start. There are a few others who put their magic on me and showed me love. The rest, ah well you can't please everyone right? Joe, I am just sharing this with you since you can't go back and read what we wrote. I am feeling a little nostalgic today. I am also feeling the joy, the joy of being alive and being loved. Sort of. The boys need to move in with mom and I think I am getting impatient. Today is the inspection and I can't wait to get the word. You know this is definatley a big day for our whole family! The boys are restless and two of them had uncontrollable tantrums this weekend for a whole day. There was nothing I could do, they wouldn't calm down nor stop crying. A few hours of that and I was ready for bed, by this time it was only afternoon and I said screw it, get your shoes on we are going to play in the tunnels and get pizza. They have a pizza place that is for kids with a huge indoor playground. We came home and I put them to bed with smiles and full tummies!

When I read the topic love is all around you I don't know what to believe
Love is not all around me and with my mother she is aggressive to everything oh yes I just had another big struggle against her again for the fact that I did not find a object more precisely something to clean away water that leaked
Love is not all around you positive statements might help but be real is there really something like that
I do believe in love but not that it is all around me nor others
My suffering made me what I am
A conversation with intelligent people ussualy brings out my good sides and my bad sides come out in extremely bad situations or when I haven't eaten breakfast
I do not have children as I am a child myself and my birthday is in three days the 26th July
I am single
Many people say that I am on the way to something special but I do not know
I am neither religious nor spiritual
I did brush my teeth
I will not comment anything about me cleaning the toilets
I didn't eat breakfast

HEy everybody. How is everyone doing?
Today was another busy day! I had another interview - different co. and I have one tomorrow too.
After thinking about my Friday interview - I don't think I want that job. There is part of the job that would put my safety at risk. (I would have to go to people's houses and collect money that has not been paid on an account) I just don't think it is worth it for $9 an hour!
The interview I had today is for the PERFECT job - and I get to go to the next level or round 2 of interviews so that is good, right?
Lets keep our fingers crossed!

I have to let you know that the case worker did not go to the "moms" house to inspect today because of a dentist appointment. I am so angry, I could cry right this minute. Not to mention, the boys had their hopes up and so did my whole family. OOOHHHH I am so angry.
Sara, we still have our little things but the past before our marriage has to stay there...
I hope you guys are OK by morning. Sorry it is a hard day... Special hugs coming your way.

Gaia - Even if you do not realise it or do not notice it there is love around you. Might be hard for you to see right now but believe me it is there.
Start - Hugs for you, I know everything will work out the way it needs to. Hugs for the whole family.
Shattered - I hope your doing better. Did you go to the adult playground to have a tantrum? Lol My mama always told me to grab on to a pillow and punch it whenever I did have to have a tantrum. Hope it helps. (;
Well I thinking of everyone having a better day today. Hugs to you all.

Guess what.
You decide how good your day is.
God wants your day to be incredibly awesome
He wants your life to be even better
And so do I.
The same events will happen in a day, but you can take those events and choose whether to say "nooooo it sucks so much i want to kill myself its hopeless"
Or
"well, a few things went wrong, ill have to work on those. a few obstacles are in my path, ill have to work hard to overcome them. some good things happened today. i am so grateful for them, im so grateful for my wonderful friends, for the fact that the sun is shining and the beauty of the rain, and i am going to do my best to make the world a better place for all,and i am never going to give up, never going to surrender, because as long as i stand up for myself, and keep trying, i cannot fail."
Lol... yes... so, hugs to you all!

Ok Cal, your enthusiasm is admirable, I am just feeling crappy, grumpy and otherwise aggravated as all hell. Otherwise, its just another day in paradise. LOL Seriously, I feel like I have been picking all the wrong chocolates lately, if you know what I mean? OR sometimes there just aren't enough rocks!! (FOrrest Gump also) yeah, I am getting the ones with the sucky centers, ha ha. That is life. I am going to cheer myself up because you people do that to me! I am missing you START!! Oh well Sara, I feel for you girl! The reason everything is coming up is because you are dealing with a stressful situation. Sometimes that brings out the good the bad and the ugly!! It will pass. Moving is so hard on everyone, its easy to get frustrated and argue about stupid crap. Just try not to feed into it. Try deflating the conflict by not responding at all to it. I don't mean ignore him, just his comments that are hurtful and make you feel like arguing. It is hard to do, but if you aren't arguing back, he can only go on for soooo long. Right? Good luck with that. Yes, today the sun is shining, yesterday it looked like a hurricane and tornado outside with all the rain. I am grateful that is over. YES without my friends I would be institutionalized because I would have already completely lost my mind!!
I will not give up on anyone I love, including myself, even though sometimes I really feel like throwing in the towel!! The hard times make the good times that much more sweet. I guess. NO, I Know!
Thank you for putting my mood in the right perspective, I can choose to miserable or I can choose to get over it and be thankful for all the people in my life that I love...
I love my friends!! Thanks guys for sticking around!

I can take care of that though. Little bugars. Can't wait till we are back to normal. I feel a little weird now. I called the social worker and told her I didn't like being strung along, and since this was the second time, I couldn't accept any excuses. I was real hard and strong but I think it sounded OK. An Irishman, an Englishman, and a Newfie had decided to go on a hunting trip and were staying in a cabin in the woods. They decided to go hunting one at a time, while the other two stayed and guarded the cabin. The Irishman goes out first and comes back with a fox. He says, very simply, "I see tracks, I follow tracks, I catch fox.". Then the Englishman goes out and comes back with a rabbit. He says, "I see tracks, I follow tracks, I catch rabbit.". Then it was the Newfie's turn. He goes out and comes back limping and badly beaten up. He says, "I see tracks, I follow tracks, I get hit by train."

Life indeed brings much suffering and you need money in your social life
Money is needed as I told many people do horrible things in order to gain it taking away ones life indeed is also one of those as well as ruining it
Yet remember as long as you have dear ones one shall always stand to support you believe you have my support
In life indeed love helps as a bond it is not enough in this world though you need knowledge skill loved ones and luck which does not come right to many people yet those who do not deserve it seem to gain it I talked to a person I would call an idiot yesterday not learning anything slacking off now saying all is going to be fine that he will have luck in life like his father who almost couldn't buy materials in order to secure his biological needs but he had luck so he now has enough money to live indeed and some extra things but without papers his son won't get long he and without education he is doomed to indeed remain an idiot
I believe you had all the right things except for the one element you can't control
Luck
It is strange yet happiness is too an out taking of luck like I am lucky because tomorrow I am 13 yet I do not plan on feasting my birthday

whats that place on your dp jesushelper? looks like a nice place.
Province of Prince Edward Island. Canada. It is a beautiful place. It is like heaven on earth. Amazing. Have lots of pictures. July and August are an amazing time to be there, because of shooting stars. Lay outside at night time and watch the meteor showers. It is so clean and clear and it is like seeing trillions of stars light up the whole sky. Do not see that in the cities with all the artificial lights and pollution.
Hello to everyone here, hope you all have had a great day. I will try to come back and post later.

Hi you silly man. I wish I were under those stars. In California (we drove through from Canada) we saw some of the brightest stars I have ever seen, by the red woods it was wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to see them again, if ever. Going well here. Just need to hop in the shower at some point today. Lazy Start, get your stuff together...

NowWhat
Jul 25, 2007, 03:56 PM
I have a small tattoo and I think I may get another some day. But, I want it to symbolize my daughter. I have the elements of what I want, but I can't get it to come together.
Plus, I hate pain, so I've been putting it off.
startover22
Jul 25, 2007, 03:57 PM
The pain was kind of the exciting part for me. Weird but I liked it. I want to put all the kids name around mine and my husband. (I don't see any of my family not being there)LOLOLOLOL
NowWhat
Jul 25, 2007, 04:01 PM
I will never put my husband's name on my body. I think it is the kiss of death for a relationship. Don't ask me why, but it just seems like once you get inked - the relationship is over. So, why tempt it...
I would love to have my daughter's face with little angel wings, but if they don't do it right, then it will be weird. I thought about her initials with angel wings, but I just can't get the design down.
JoeCanada76
Jul 25, 2007, 04:11 PM
Nowwhat, I hear you there. My biological father has a tattoo on his arm that says my moms name and him forever well. That lasted until I was three years old. Go figure. I guess, the worst thing was for his second wife had to wake up everyday to another women's name on his arm.
NowWhat
Jul 25, 2007, 04:15 PM
My girlfriend had a shamrock with her husbands initial in the middle (he's Irish - she is not) well they are divorced and she is remarried - now she has some huge thing covering it up - what a pain though.
The only name I would even consider having on me is my daughter's. I think that relationship is pretty solid.
JoeCanada76
Jul 25, 2007, 04:18 PM
Oh, yes. Children's names and dates of births. I think it is a good thing. I feel the same way as you nowwhat about partners names.
If I were to get one I thought of my boys name and date of birth. One other one is a cross but never got anything done.
NowWhat
Jul 25, 2007, 04:24 PM
The one I have - I got 14 years ago and it is SO not me. Not the me today. I don't think it was me back then, but I thought it would be cool to get a tattoo and this is what I got.
For my daughter, I want something that is sweet - nothing to bold, but to reflect who she is right now. And that is sweet and innocent. Not something you think of when you think tatoos!

My sister and I were thinking to get a tattoo when we were teenagers but never happened. She got a belly ring instead I thought it it was cool. My sis got in trouble by my mom HEE HEE. Well when I saw the show Miami ink It got me thinking again. I was thinking to put baby Joshuas face on my back of my shoulders. I started thinking if I had another child I have to put the second child on. So instaed I will put the name's around the flower or a heart whenever or if I get it.

I don't have any tatoos, I am too chicken for that. I like the way they look on other people but I just can't decide on something for me to look at every day for the rest of my life.
Henna tatoos are cool. My sister got married on the beach and we had them done on the top of our feet, it was fun and it looked pretty. I think it lasted a couple weeks and that was long enough for me!1
Happy Thursday to all of you!!
NowWhat
Jul 26, 2007, 08:58 AM
I like Henna tatoos. I have never had it done though.
As far as getting another one, I want my tatoos where no one can see them unless I choose to let them see it. Even though they are more accepted than ever - I think people make snap judgements about people that are all inked up.
Of course, I want the next one at the small of my back - it is called a "tramp stamp". I don't like that. Why does it have to have such an ugly name? Especially when I am going to be putting something on symbolizing my kid!
When I was pregnant - my tattoo stretched A lot. I just knew that it would never be the same. And then I had a c-section and it could have been the end of the thing then too! But, my dr. managed to save it. Now, it looks the way it did when I got it.
shatteredsoul
Jul 26, 2007, 09:53 AM
The lower back is the only place I think I would like but I don't like that its called a tramp stamp. Where the heck did that come from? In the movie, Along came Polly is the first time I heard that. My cousin had a tattoo on her stomach of a cross and something else and it didn't stretch too bad, even after the third baby.
Nowwhat, it sounds like your doctor knew what he was doing! I know what you mean about people making judgments when they see a tattoo. Although, it isn't as bad now as it used to be because so many people have them now. You should maybe try a henna tattoo of the portrait you would like and see how it looks before getting one permanently. My husband wants to get one in memory of his father but he isn't sure what to get.

Hello!! MR Bojangle is what I am going to call you! I am not sure why. Baby time? I am jealous. GIVe him big kisses on the cheek for me. How are you and proud this morning? Yes, it is very cool and I guess there are so many choices and ideas that he gets overwhelmed and can't make up his mind. His dad was one amazing guy. LIke a father to me too. Truly a good guy. I was going to ask about that picture you had too, but someone else beat me to it. Absolutely breathtaking. Now you changed it again. This one is nice too, but I see boats all the time in Florida. I want to be where it is dark and no city lights or pollution. Shooting stars are the coolest. I haven't seen one in a while. The last one my husband saw was the night his dad died. He was standing out in the backyard and he was thinking of him, wondering if he would get some sort of sign from his dad and then he sees a shooting star. Pop was trying to say, I am still here and I am watching. Just like start says, and it is a great saying. LOVE is all around us, whether they are in this life or onto the next one. Don't you agree??
JoeCanada76
Jul 26, 2007, 10:21 AM

Shattered, proud and myself are doing good. I will change the picture to another seen. Oh the other picture. Proud and I were actually on that cliff and have pictures. Pretty cool, breath taking for sure.
That is an amazing sign. For your husband. Defiantly a sign of his father. Now every time he sees one it is his father saying hello.
Love is all around us. Whether they are in this life or the next one. There are so many souls that we meet and more that we will be reconnected with one day. It is an amazing family.

This is my favorite saying in the whole world. What is yours and why and when did it hit you and what kind of situations have brought you to that conclusion? Who made you who you are? Who or what brings the best and worst out of you? How many kids do you have, how many do you not have for whatever reason? Are you married single or on your way to something special? Are you religious or spiritual? Did you brush your teeth today? Clean the toilets? Did you have breakfast today? Love is all around you! THAT IS FOR SURE!
LOVE? I guess it is okay to believe in such things. I did for a long time. But it seems love is only an illusion. It is something we conjur up in our minds to comfort us especially when we have a relationship gone bad. "But, I love you..." Yes, of course you do. So why the anti-freeze in my omelet? Why the pistol 'neath your pillow? Is that axe for the cherry tree outside, or my neck? Ahhhh, ain't love grand!? My favorite saying: "Try to avoid the hole in the ground...if you can!"
JoeCanada76
Jul 28, 2007, 08:43 PM

Hey hole in the ground, I've noticed that you seem to have the strangest kind of fatalistic determination I have ever seen lol.
Love is real, even though my belief that everyone will find love has been completely shattered recently. I've accepted that I am meant to be alone, I guess its for the best, the long, constant pain of loneliness will become a duller pain with time, better than the sharp, shattering pains of rejection and heartbreak.

WEll looks like I missed out on some interesting stuff here!! DRunk cats, devils and now Sara's house is possessed? That is just freaky!! Now you aren't going to live there or what will you do?
Hello Start, Joe and Proud!! How are things with everyone today?/
HOle iN the Ground, I see you have quite a unique perception of things. What makes you think love is an illusion? Is it because you thought you were in love and someone hurt you? I am just curious to understand the way you think. I guess if you are always looking for the pitfalls in life, they will be very clear to you. However, if you look for the good, it will be there too. I think that is what Start was trying to say, even when it doesn't feel like it, love is still around us. It is whether we choose to see it, feel it, or embrace it. As scary as that can be, that is life. Please elaborate on your view. I would love to hear your thoughts...

Well that is funny because I want to sit here and read what the heck you did this weekend... hmmmmm did I miss something?? LOL
What should I talk about? The love that was all around me at Coyote Ugly when my husband made me get up and dance on the bar with them and then make them give me a body shot?? Oh and Dennis Rodman was at the Hard Rock when we went there. LOTS of tattooos. Oh I almost got one when I was drunk, ALMOST!! HEE HEE

WELL, my husband really wanted to go there and he had it all planned that they would be getting me up there to dance with them. They were actually really nice girls. They weren't snobby at all. I was so worried I was going to fall off the bar or something. I was standing next to skinny and skinnier with big boobies!! Needless to say, it was a good thing I wore a halter top that had some cleavage or I would have felt really out of place! LOL
Yeah, my husband is still thinking of that body shot. He loved watching it though! Those girls can really dance, I had so much fun, my legs were killing me in my shoes though. I am so glad I didn't get a tattoo, I wouldn't want my first one to be when I am half cocked! Ha Ha. I did have fun gambling too. LOse, win, lose, win , lose, damn when am I going to win the big one!! HA HA We would be in double trouble together start!
