    Is there something like a spirit in my house?
    My dog just barks at nothing we all sit in the kitchen she sits in front of us and she barks at nothing but we have a mirror at the bottom of the stairs and she barks into that but I also hear like moans and grunts and I hear like footsteps me and my dog look around the house and nothing is there

    Do you all talk about it together? What does your mother think that it is?

    Animals are more sensitive than us... but that doesn't mean there is a spirit around. Dogs are set off by smells and sounds that we cannot pick up on. Even the noises you hear may have a natural explanation. However, it doesn't mean there isn't something spiritual going on.

    Does your father have a say in what is going on?

    I don't have a dad anymore him and my mum split up and he's left us in no happiness and my mum doesn't know what it is

    Has your family heard those noises that long as well? If not, when did they start up?
    Is there any history of the occult or spiritism in your family? Playing with a ouija board, divination, etc?

    I sat a the bottom of my stairs and on the landing all I heard was thud thud thud like footsteps and now I feel like someone is following me super freaked out

    Well, if this really is a spirit manifesting in the home... that is where you need to go for help. This is not a human spirit. This isn't about having your home blessed... it's about having a man of God come and remove it. One denomination isn't more capable in this area than another... but I recommend checking with a Full Gospel church. The more the pastor understands these subjects the easier it will be for everyone.

    We had a man of God come and remove the spirit and since then we have heard nothing footsteps no moans and grunts and I feel like nothing is following me thank you for all your help!
