Exboy friend was arrested for attempted murder his attorney asked for help the boy friend said he would never do anything to harm you and would never bother you again, after his probation was over he filed a law suit against you, question can a breach of contract be filed against someone that files a law suit to cause you surffing ( state says you can file a law suit against anyone the facts don't have to be true until you go to trial the one with the most money wins in the end) can you tell me what type of attorney would handle this type of case
