Hunter ceiling fan light is buzzing aft
I have tightened the screw in the ceramic bulb fixture and made it tight again, It was loose, but it is still making noise like a buzzing. The fixture is not wiggling anymore but still making noise. A low buzz. Do I need to replace the ceramic fixture?

IF you've already tightened the screw in the back of the socket, find out what is loose and where the buzzing is coming from. Is it from the socket itself or something else?

My daughter said it is not a buzzing it is crackling noise. When I screw in the bulb and turn it on it crackles. That I take it is not good.

The bulb is not making good contact. With the power off, bend the tab in the center of the socket towards the front. If it has any dirt or marks on them scrape them off.
