    I want to give up my paternal rights but how
    My name is Chris Bangham. I live in Hot Springs Arkansas and I have 2 boys that live in Nebraska and 1 boy that lives in Maryland, I want to give up my paternal rights but I don't know how to do it. What are the laws regarding that subject in Arkansas. How do I get the paperwork.

    What do you hope to accomplish by relinquishing your rights? You will still have the responsibilities of child support, unless they are to be adopted by stepparents.
