    Low Pressure everywhere !
My water pressure comes on strong but quickly deteriorates. It is the same no matter what faucet you use. I checked the tank pressure it is at 60 then when you run the water it drops to 34 and holds there. It takes about 3 minutes to go back up to 60 after I shut the water off. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Check the bladder tank. Take a hammer and start tapping from the bottom and go up. About half way up you should hear a change in the sound. If you don't then the bladder's ruptured and the tank will have to be replaced. Let me know what you find. Tom
