Before we can help we need the brand and model # of the faucet. What has probably happened is that installing the faucet you've disturbed some crud on mineral build up on the pipe walls and now it's clogging the hot water inlet ports on your faucets cartridge. If you need directions to ope4n up your faucet I'll need the information I requested. Regards, Tom

Hiya mate thank you for your reply the make of the tap is Donau model No is 1088000 I bought the tap in France but I live in England I had to get connectors because the connectors on the tap are 12mm and uk ones are 15mm but they said at B&Q this happens a lot & will be fine. I think the pipes are OK because they are new and I have swaped the pipes over putting the hot on to the cold pipe and getting the same result. I hope this information will help.
Thank you

Are you saying that there's no pressure coming from the hot water supply at all?

I can't pull up your faucet on the web but no matter. You just put the problem in the hot water supply. You DO have hot water every other place don't you? To start checking to see where you lose pressure, turn the water off at the house stop and remove the hot water angle stop. Now hold a pan to prevent splash and turn the water back on for a few seconds to flush out the hot water branch. Stream better or still weak? Replace the angle stop, turn the water back on. If the stream's still weak then you've done all you could do and you should seek outside help. Good luck, Tom
