    Hair thinning
    Can wearing your hair in a tight ponytail everyday cause you to thin your hair out or lose it, because where my hair sats in a ponytail it is thinning.

    Yes, it's true. Wearing a ponytail every day can cause hair loss. If the hair is pulled tightly, it weakens the follicles and cause breakage. Try to avoid wearing tight ponytails.
