How do I evict someone from my home. She is my daughter who was suppose to pay the , mortgage but did not. Our home is in foreclosure. We have a buyer now who what's to close the deal, and she will not leave

You can do it three ways: 1) tell the buyer to close, and he can remove her the very first day, with the police if necessary. 2) If she's never paid rent, then she's not a tenant, and you don't have to evict her either. You can change the locks when she's gone and call the cops to let them know. If they need to be there, they will. 3) Evict her through the courts. That may take a month, and you'll probably lose your buyer, and she may win anyway, because she's not a tenant.

Put her out and change the locks.
