    Transferring probation to another state
    I'm currently on probation in the stat of wv, and I'd like to move.I can do this once,application's cost me $50.00,each one of them.this I know,what I don't know is would,or will washinton state accept this,Im on probation for felony possession of marijuana,I want to move to seattle,please help me with this my probo.officer is taking to long to answer this for me ,thank you.

    He does not know, and we do not know, you have to apply and see if they will or won't, normally they will want you to be able to tell them where you will live ( address) and job you will do when you get there(name of company and address) Normally without very specific info, they will not want someone with no home and no job just to roll up into town and be on probation.

    But puttingin the application and seeing is the only way to know for sure.
