    What's going on?
    I'm a 35-year-old man with an inhibited ejaculation problem. This is embarrassing and frustrating, and I have no idea what's causing it. It started in my early 20's, and neither the gender nor the attractiveness of my partners makes much of a difference. I've read a few articles that say certain types of cancer or other physiological causes may be to blame, which has me concerned because there's a history of cancer in my family. I can't seem to find any more specific information. Can anyone here help?

    When you say "Inhibited ejaculation" are you saying you can achieve an erection but do not achieve orgasm? Or your orgasm is "dry"? Or are you referring to premature ejaculation?

    Lets start with an assumption that you can maintain an erection:
    If you find you can not ejaculate, but you feel as if you have "come" then it is possible you have a blockage in the Vas Deferens or a leakage of the seminal fluid , ;

    If you have difficulty obtaining and maintaing an erection it is quite possible that this is psychological as well as physical. In either case, your first step is to go see a urologist and make sure there is not blockage or other structural issues.

    Good Luck!

    Time to have an appointment with a urologist... rule out any physical causes.

    However, I would think you have a "mental block" about ejaculating and orgasming with a partner. You didn't mention if you ejaculate through masturbating...
