You might still have 2, just 1 has never fallen, this isn't unheard of. You should see your doctor, there's no reason not to, he will keep it confidential.

Even if you only have one, you are probably not in any danger at all. You will just have maybe a slightly lower chance of concieving a baby. I know lots of guys who would consider that a blessing.. lol.

There is no reason to be ashamed. Like Capuchin said, the other one may be inside your abdomen. Find a urologist and have it checked out. My son had many urological problems due to a genetic issue, but the doctors are very professional and confidential. You can even get an implant (similar to a breat implant - but the right shape) to replace your missing testicle.

It is important to determine whether the missing one simply never formed or is trapped in your abdomen. If trapped, it could cause problems in the future.

Sounds like you have an undescended testicle. The procedure to get that fixed takes all of an hour, and you need a week to recuperate, but yeah. It'd be a great idea to go to a urilogist and get that checked out.

You most definitely need to seek the assistance of a urologist. Remember that EVERYTHING you tell them is in the strictest of confidence.

It is necessary to see if the testicle is indeed undescended to prevent any future medical problems.
