    Hernia: preventing testicle pain while lifting!
    Hello. I am 17 years old. I lift weight a lot, well I used to . This whole summer I have laid around watching anime and losing muscle. Mainly because I had this lump on my right testicle and I was in a lot of amounts of pain, and my doctor could not really find any explenation for it at all what so ever... anyway whenever I lift weight my balls feel like they are going on a tour through hell, and feel like their about to burst if I push a little hard. So are there any kind of protecters I need for it ? Like stomahc belts and other things? I would appreciate it so much if you reply any sort of answer thank you.

    Don't want to alarm you ,but like anyone in any job there are good doctors and bad doctors. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD GET A SECOND OPINION ASAP.
